“Dan has been great to train with following a friends recommendation.  After a few years’ break, I was trying to get back to triathlons but struggled due to calf injuries & gyms/pools closed due to Covid.  Using his knowledge & experience, Dan’s training plan helped me overcome long lasting injuries & smash my race time despite spending relatively little time running and swimming.
