My services differ from most personal trainers, nutritionists and health coaches. I work with my clients as a whole, taking into consideration all possible contributing factors which may cause imbalance, preventing a person reaching their health and performance goals.
Optimum health and strength is created by balancing 3 key components; physical fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. Living the busy lives we lead today, it is only too common that any one of these components get neglected and throws the synergy off balance. By finding the depleted component(s), and working on them together, we can restore that synergy, and restore the ultimate you. This rule applies to everyone, whether you’re male/female, a top athlete, an overstretched corporate, or a weekend warrior. It’s all about finding your synergy, and I’m here to help you do that.
My personal background in sport science, functional nutrition, and strength and conditioning with professional athletes has given me both an academic and practical toolkit to help clients successfully reach their personal goals. When you come to me with a goal, your goal becomes our goal.

Enough movement to stimulate the body for good health is key. But the right type of training for each individual is paramount in their individual goal successes. After a structural balance assessment, I’ll identify the right path for each individuals goals which may involve anything from cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility and stability training.

The nutrition component encompasses multiple factors; nutritional intake from food, calorie intake, water intake, blood sugar balance, food intolerances, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, to name a few. Analysing these factors alongside ones symptoms such as digestion issues, bloating, poor skin/hair, fatigue etc are important in significantly boosting health.

Modern life can be a recipe for poor health, but it doesn’t have to be. Under the lifestyle component, I’ll be looking at your stress management, sleep patterns, work/life balance and general personal care as core elements for your optimisation. We all encounter lifestyle imbalances, it’s how we handle them that matters.
“Dan has a passion for what he does. His approach is customised, flexible and innovative. On top of his physical training abilities, Dan thinks a lot about nutrition and mental fitness. This holistic approach has lead to results far beyond my expectations and I look forward finding out what more we can achieve in the future. You don't need to be an elite athlete to benefit from elite training.”
